As an external registrant to an event that we organize, we are led to process data about you: surname, first name, contact details, company email and phone, possibly answers to questions that are asked when you register or in the questionnaire of satisfaction of the event.

This data is used only for the event for which you are registering to:

• Send you your registration confirmation,
• Allow the event organization (list of participants, entry checks),
• Allow us to analyze the answers to the questions asked.

We may also suggest future events that we will organize.
